This place brings you to a next level of dreaming. You will experience an amazing view. The host is really friendly and is always ready to give you nice advices. The whole place is clean ans sorted. Everything is pretty close and there is an own entrance to the beach. Its time to enjoy the postcard view from the coiba house ????
Coibahouse is absolutely wonderful. Clean. Peaceful. Stunning views. Beachfront access. I loved watching the gorgeous sunsets from my hammock and later on falling asleep in my bed to the sound of the ocean. The owner, Darcy, and his family truly care about their guests and are simply remarkable human beings. I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for the care, support and compassion I received from Darcy, Elena and Joe. I injured myself surfing at Playa Estero and was in denial about the severity of my injury. But after a few days, the pain became intolerable. Thank you for convincing me to see a doctor, making the appointment, driving me, translating for me, and helping me get the right medication to control the pain, for what we later found out was two cracked ribs. I will never forget all of your kindness and support. Thank you for everything. Best family ever! I hope our paths cross again (and next time I won’t be broken????!) Absolutely recommend Coibahouse!
Coiba House was in my opinion the best location to be in Santa Catalina. Sunsets are amazing! Darcy, the host is an exceptional person who treats his guests like family and has great insights to enhance your stay. Everything is in walking distance and the dive boats depart from the beach that abuts the property every morning for Isla Coiba. When you return after a day of diving, its only a matter of steps back to the sanctuary of Coiba house where the sunset will be setting up and your cocktail of choice can be mixed for capping off another perfect day in paradise!
